Villa 120m²

A two storey villa on a historical place. Once a small and romantic trade port between Turkey and Greece. The Villa is located in direction North and faces the sea with boasting views. The garden has a well protected sun bed area. Safe access to the sea.

Ground Floor

Entry-room with sofa-bed for one person. Living space with sofas (convert to single bed) and fireplace. Open kitchen with a big fridge/freezer combination, Electrical 4 plate stove with oven. Super-size bathroom.

First Floor

2 bedrooms with double-bed. Access to the sea-view large balcony from both bedrooms. Bathroom with washing machine.

We provide a full equipped kitchen for your favourite dishes. Anyway, we also have a list with food delivery services you can try. But the best is just steps away – the Samos's most famous fish restaurant.

Location

In front of the Villa is a rocky shore with entry to the sea. A typical gravel beach is 100 meter away with access by footpath. The famous Potami beach is just 8km away (14 mins by car). Kokkari beach is 17km away (25 mins by car). Mikro & Megalo Seitani beach is 18km away (42 mins by car).

Samos is one of the greenest islands in Greece and located in the North Aegean Sea. You get a 100% package of nature. Olive oil, wine, and honey are typical top level products of Samos. The most important town in Samos is just 11 minutes away by car – Karlovasi invites you for an extended shopping tour with all its small boutiques and shops. Cafes and restaurants are all over the place with delicious and traditional food.

If you are more the explorer type there are plenty of hiking possibilities close to us. Waterfalls, mountains and pine woods are waiting for you to discover. You need some proper hiking shoes – don’t forget.

Treat yourself with a swim in crystal clear seawater and sun bathing day in one of uncountable bays in Samos. There are also beaches with very shallow entries – perfect for families with children. Most beaches have restaurants, bars or sheds for food and drinks.

We produce for business and four ourself in an ecological and sustainable sense. One hundred twenty established bee colonies, seven sheeps, more than one hundert old olive trees, a huge garden with plenty of vegetable and fruits, and our beloved Sea Sound Villa are an important part of our life. We adore all kinds of art, being in the nature, and the simple way of life.
